The Board of Supervisors’ Meeting Schedule

All regular meetings and staff briefings are held in the Board Meeting Room, which is easily accessible from either main entrance to the Government Center Building. Regular meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 7:00 p.m. Staff Briefings are at 1:30 p.m. on the Monday before the 4th Wednesday. To obtain copies of the minutes from any past meeting of the Board of Supervisors, please contact the office of the County Administrator. 


The Board of Zoning Appeals’ Meeting Schedule

All regular meetings are held in the Board Meeting Room, which is easily accessible from either main entrance to the Government Center Building. Regular meetings are on the first Thursday of the month at 1:30 p.m. For more information on meetings and locations please look at our calendar or call us at: 540-245-5700. Assistance is also available at the front desk in the Government Center. To obtain copies of the minutes from any past meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals, please contact the office of Community Development.

The Planning Commission Meeting Schedule

All regular meetings are held in the Board Meeting Room, which is easily accessible from either main entrance to the Government Center Building. Regular meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. For more information on meetings and locations please look at our calendar or call us at: 540-245-5700. Assistance is also available at the front desk in the Government Center. To obtain copies of the minutes from any past meeting of the Planning Commission, please contact the office of Community Development.

*Pre-submission conference must be held with the director of Community Development prior to formal submission of rezoning request.

*Master Plan deadline is fifteen(15) working days prior to planning commission meeting.
