The Augusta County Personnel office serves general government and the constitutional employees. With approximately 525 full and part-time personnel, the function of the Personnel office is to manage benefits and payroll, advertise and post available positions, accept applications, conduct employee orientation and exit interviews, handle worker's compensation claims, administer employee training workshops/seminars, handle the tuition reimbursement program, and manage retirement and disability retirement.
