Notice of Intent and Public Hearing for Board of Supervisors | April 8, 2026

The Board of Supervisors gives notice of its intent to remove and relocate four veteran memorial plaques, which are currently affixed to the Augusta County Courthouse in downtown Staunton, and will hold a public hearing on April 8 to hear comments before considering the relocation of the plaques.

Arts Grant Applications Due March 16

Arts organizations with 501(c)(3) status that serve Augusta County residents and that are located in the county are invited to apply for a matched grant from the Virginia Commission of the Arts and Augusta County. The application deadline is March 16, 2026.
