2025 Schedule

The academy will meet twice per month beginning September 16, 2025, on Tuesdays with the exception of one class. Each session meets from 6-9pm.

Please make every effort to attend all of the classes. Those who attend 5 of the 6 sessions will become a graduate of the program.

2. Tuesday, 9/30/25, Government Center
3. Tuesday, 10/14/2025, SAW Animal Shelter in Verona (new)
4. Tuesday, 10/28/2025, Middle River Regional Jail (MRRJ) in Verona 
5. Wednesday, 11/5/25 (to avoid Election Tuesday), Government Center
6. Tuesday, 11/18/25, Parks & Recreation Dept (south end of Government Center)

A special recognition ceremony will be held at the Board of Supervisors meeting: Tuesday, 11/25/2025, 7pm, Boardroom at the Government Center
