Position Description & Qualifications
The Augusta County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney. This is a full-time position with benefits including VRS retirement, life insurance, health insurance, and PTO leave.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly in writing and work well in a team environment. For consideration, applicants must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Salary commensurate with experience. Position will be open until filled.
