Day Care Social Worker (Waynesboro Office) Position #00239 $32,433

Candidate will support and assist clients in identifying problems and the need for services. Provides customers with information on community resources. Interviews new applicants and ongoing customers to determine eligibility for child day care services. Assists clients with the selection and monitoring of quality child care placements. Negotiates with community child care providers. Prepares reports and maintains records on individual cases. Applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree in a human services field or hold a bachelor’s degree in any field combined with two years of social services related experience. Bi-lingual skills helpful.
