The Augusta County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct Public Hearings at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, December 5, 2024, in the Board Meeting Room, Augusta County Government Center, 18 Government Center Lane, Verona, Virginia. The board will consider the following requests:

A request by Chapman Williams, agent for Long Shots, LLC, for a Special Use Permit to construct a mini-warehouse facility on property they own, located on the south side of Kerry Lane, east of the intersection of Lee Jackson Highway (Route 11) and Kerry Lane in the Riverheads District.

A request by Michael D. and Melinda S. Wissler, for a Special Use Permit to expand a non-conforming building no closer to the side yard exceeding the 900 square foot total aggregate allowed on property they own, located at 514 Mt. Torrey Road, Lyndhurst in the South River District.

Toomy, Trust (Roger Willetts, Trustee), located at 205 Kateri Drive, Waynesboro in the Wayne District.

A request by Steve Hinton, agent for Fishersville Baptist Church, for a Special Use Permit to expand a non-conforming structure no closer to the road than the existing on property they own, located at 1518 Jefferson Highway, Fishersville in the Wayne District.

A request by Steven and Sandra A. Lane, for a Special Use Permit to construct an accessory building in the front yard on property owned by Sandra A. Lane, located at 45 Red Oak Drive, Waynesboro in the Wayne District.

A request by Faith Schmandt, agent for Peak Enterprises International, Inc., for a Special Use Permit to continue using the three existing structures for short term cabin rental on property owned by STANIMALS328, LLC, located at 900 Love Road, Lyndhurst in the South River District.
