The Planning Commission will conduct Public Hearings at 7 pm, Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in the Board Meeting Room, Augusta County Government Center, 18 Government Center Lane, Verona, Virginia, to consider the following:

A request to rezone from Single Family Residential-10 to General Agriculture with proffers approximately 4.03 acres (TMP 036 87) owned by Luke Hart located off Bald Rock Road in Verona in the North River Magisterial District. The property is located in an Urban Service Area of the Comprehensive Plan and is planned for Medium Density Residential. The applicant intends to store equipment and has provided proffers to limit certain agricultural uses usually allowed in General Agriculture zoned districts.
