The Augusta County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct Public Hearings during their regular meeting at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, August 6, 2026, in the Board Meeting Room, Augusta County Government Center, 18 Government Center Lane, Verona, Virginia. The board will consider the following requests:

A request by Kim Dukes, agent for Ridgedale Farm, LLC, for a Special Use Permit to have weddings and special events on property they own located at 292 Wayne Avenue, Stuarts Draft in the South River District.

A request by Jared Perry, for a Special Use Permit to have a small engine and equipment repair business on property owned by David W. and Sherri M. Perry 50% and Ronald M. McKee, Etal located at 218 Dooms Crossing Road, Waynesboro in the Middle River District.

A request by Glenn E. Slabaugh, for a Special Use Permit to have a contractor office and outdoor storage of commercial vehicles and equipment on property he owns located at 784 Fountain Cave Road, Grottoes in the Middle River District.

A request by Jeffrey Lord, agent for Waynesboro VAB, LLC, for a Special Use Permit to amend Pre-Condition #7 of SUP#24-33 to permit a letter of acceptance from a recycling facility in lieu of a landfill as part of the Decommissioning Plan on property owned by Kenneth R. Bradley, Jr. located at 720 May Avenue, Waynesboro in the Wayne District.
