The Augusta County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing at 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, June 16, 2020, in the Board Meeting Room, Augusta County Government Center, 18 Government Center Lane, Verona, Virginia to consider the requests below.

BZA Overview

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) consists of five members who are appointed by the Circuit Court Judge. The BZA hears and makes decisions regarding applications for special use permits, variances, and appeals. An appeal to the BZA may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any officer, department, board, or bureau of the County affected by any decision of the Zoning Administrator or from any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by any other administrative officer in the administration of the Zoning Ordinance.
