The Command Bus is equipped with several amenities to provide comfort and shelter for telecommunicators as well as fire, rescue, and law enforcement officials during incidents.. The Command Bus can be deployed during large scale and/or long term emergencies and disasters to provide an on-site command post and communications center. It may also be utilized as a back-up radio communications center for the Augusta County Emergency Communications Center
