Livestock Owner Form

If you are an owner of livestock in Augusta County, please access and complete the livestock form.  You
may print the form and fax it to (540) 245-5506 or send the completed form to P.O. Box 590 Verona, VA 24482 to the attention of Director Donna Good.

 Augusta County is primarily a rural area and its fields and pasturelands are home to a variety of livestock. This being the case, the need exists for the Emergency Communications Center to maintain what is called a "Livestock Directory". The directory is a compilation of names and contact numbers for the various livestock owners in Augusta County as well as the location of their livestock. This directory is a valuable resource when our agency receives notification of stray livestock, such as a cow in the roadway. Our goal is to handle all calls, including stray livestock, in a timely manner.
