Apply by Phone

The Enterprise Customer Service Center is available to assist individuals who would like to apply for benefits over the phone. You may call 1-833-5CALLVA (1.833.522.5582) to file an application telephonically.

Apply in Person or by Mail

You can apply in person at one of our office locations, or you may call or email us to request that a paper application be mailed to you the same day. For convenience, drop boxes are available outside each office location.
