Saturday, April 25 – Saturday, May 2, 2026

From April 25 through May 2, the Augusta Regional Landfill will collect the following between 8 am and 4:15 pm, Monday - Saturday, with all fees waived:

  • 6 passenger vehicle tires per household
    • Fees will not be waived for commercial / agricultural vehicle or equipment tires. 
    • Tires that are hauled for a fee or from businesses will not be accepted.
  • 2 Freon-bearing appliances
  • Automotive waste, such as motor oil, transmission oil, diesel, and antifreeze (accepted year-round with no fees).

Gasoline or other hazardous materials will not be accepted.

Convenience Sites & Community Centers

Appliances & bulky items will be accepted at the following convenience sites and community centers: 

  • Crimora, Mt. Solon, New Hope, & Deerfield Community Center

Bulky items will be accepted at the following convenience sites and community:

  • Augusta Springs, Greenville, & Middlebrook (near the Middlebrook Library)

Community Ruritan Clubs will be assisting with the clean-up. Please contact your area Ruritan Club for more information.
