Natural Chimneys has a 165 site family-oriented campground with water and electrical hook-ups. Most electrical hook-ups are 30-amps with some offering both 30-amp and 50-amp and some exclusively 50-amp sites. There are a limited number of sewer sites; however there are dumping facilities available for campers at no additional charge. All sites with electrical and water hook-ups have one picnic table and one fire ring provided with the ability to be relocated within your site. Many sites are shaded and all are known to be rather spacious and accommodating. 

The campground also has a separate section for tent campers with rather large, spacious sites. These sites are not equipped with water or electrical hook-ups, are for tents only and run near the riverfront.

Two shower-houses featuring hot showers and two restrooms provide facilities for campers throughout the campground.

Camping is available in season, by advanced reservation or on a first come, first served basis for walk-ins/drive-ins.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a reservation is cancelled prior to 48 hours from check-in, a $5 per night cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance will be refunded (maximum fee of $20).

A reservation must be cancelled for any type of refund to be considered or issued. 

Refunds will not be issued in the form of credits toward later camping dates. Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original card.

• Payments made by cash or check will be refunded by check. If there is an existing household balance, the refund will be directly applied to that balance.
• Refunds may only be requested by the reservation holder.

Reservations cannot be transferred to another date. This change would constitute a cancellation and established cancellation fees would apply.

Reservations can be transferred to another campsite for the same date(s) if an acceptable site is available and does not conflict with other standing reservations. In such cases no refunds are provided if the new site is of lesser value.

Any reservation cancelled less than 48 hours from check-in will not receive a refund.

• Consideration of Hardship: If your are cancelling less than 48 hours from check-in and you are cancelling due to emergency, illness, death, other unavoidable hardship, etc., you must submit a Refund Appeal Form within 10 business days of the cancelled check-in date. Note that the $5 per night fee ($20 maximum) will still apply.
